Reynoldsburg home values have been in decline since mid 2006. While much of Central Ohio is beginning to see an increase in home values there has been a 5.7% decrease in Reynoldsburg home values in the past year. An example of the decrease in value is a home that was worth $150,000 in 2006 in now worth $130,000 in today’s market.

The graphic you see displays all Reynoldsburg homes including ones outside of the Reynoldsburg school district. Since there is such a large quantity of homes in this category it seems to have an effect on the overall index. This is a speculative assumption but could lead to the decrease in price compared to other Central Ohio suburbs.
